We worked with Mr. Silbernagl for our first SAP Roll-out. The project was huge, involved different modules (SD, CS, PS, FI and CO) and the system had to be customized according to our specific needs. Mr. Silbernagl was our team leader in the project, and he had full responsibility for the implementation respecting time and budget. It was a great experience and a pleasure to work with him, and we highly appreciated his professionality and his capability to make complicate things easy to be understood. We had a completely successfull roll-out in our company, without any delay and without losing any single operative hour. That was far over our initial expectations. It was a great and full success. We thank Mr. Silbernagl for the great experience.

We have created the worldwide SAP template for all Buhler affiliates at our affiliate in the USA. Arne was the overall project manager. He was pushing the project with full energy and he never lost the big picture of the activities. This was the first milestone for Buhler for the global SAP template. In the meantime there are over 20 affiliates on the global template.

“Never give up” was the slogan for Arne in his rollout projects for Bühler. Arne carried out successfully very difficult SAP rollouts in Italy, South Africa, Brazil and USA. He has very broad and deep knowledge of the core SAP modules like FI, CO, SD, MM and PS. Together with his profound project management and language skills he brings all along to manage international SAP ERP projects. He is a very good team player, communicator and gives never up in difficult project situations. With his experience and his knowledge he is capable to do hands-on jobs in projects like customizing of the system but also to manage big SAP development and rollout projects. I want to thank him very much for his valuable work and excellent results he achieved at Buhler.

Arne hat die IT zu einem Team geführt. Mit seinem unermüdlichen Einsatz hat er das Projekt und im Besonderen das Team ein gutes Stück vorwärts gebracht.
